I am passionate towards a lot of things – reading (mostly motivational books), gaming (PS3), animations (Japanese animes, 3D animations, etc), daydreaming (especially in office + in toilet + on my bed), IT stuff (application and gadgets), design (drawings, paintings), music, movies, eating, sleeping…etc etc.

Dear Alvin,
I’ve read your experience with Honda. I am experiencing a delay to collect my car. The SA was pissed off becoz I was so angry and scolded him. Earlier on, he called, so that I could get the car by 24tth Nov. When I drove back to KL, everything was not yet settled. And the worst thing is the agreement was not completed and I was given a new form. The form that they asked me to filled earlier was rejected. When I made a complaint to the Honda centre, they said the delay happened becoz I want the blue colour, which is not a famous demand. In September, I have sent a letter with a cheque, RM2K for booking and mentioned about the color. But the SA denied that I have told earlier about the color that I wanted was blue. Since I scolded the SA, the company takes this as a personel attack to his staf. Am I a bad customer here???? Pls share your opinion.I have already sent them d/payment together with

sorry to hear about ur case. maybe u can try to withdraw the booking fee? i’m sure there are better SAs out there.
