Actually those people that are trying to help, i don reli call them trolls. Those that are bringing you down or want to show you how superior they are, those are the trolls. And trolls are ugly…and need to use fire to kill them (too much RPG).

You know, it’s good to have such a mentor who is willing to point out things and really want to help you out.

mmm din watch leh. But for me, revenge only brings someone so far. it’ll just make you more tired. I’m quite a forgiving person actually.

@Damien . Yeah , i am a Christian . But i do follow some other teachings .

@Damien & Alvin . Have you guys watch Law Abiding Citizens ?

Started with 2 gangsters , raping and killing the wife and the daughter of an engineer . (who is also a genius)

Both of the gangsters (trolls) got caught but the law favored them because of the lack of evidence . Engineer got really pissed . Studied the whole Judicial and States system and plot his revenge on everybody who was involved . There you go ! watch it and get a good idea on what you can do to trolls ..

Gappie, you’re on the right track. If you have low self esteem, you’re more likely to get bullied. So in America, what these weaklings do is buy an assault rifle and blow away 20 people in the schoolyard, bullies first followed by those who close an eye on the bullies. So yeah, in America, being a bully can buy you a ticket to heaven/hell very quickly.

Alvin, I actually think anti-troll measures are more useful in the corporate world where you got about 20 people trying to outmaneuver you any day. These days the only troll I’ve had to deal with is my dear old uncle. He has good intentions of course and in his trolling, he unveiled some of my weaknesses that I was able to correct.

Hmm yeah, need to improve the skills of being oblivious to the wrong things. I think that’s one useful skill that everyone should learn, especially those that want to be as successful and rich as Damien.

Mmm get bullied and bully him back? o_o u think dota meh? u kill my hero, i will chase u until u cry after this and curse at you once i’ve killed ur hero – well, this is what people normally do in DOTA. LOL.

No wonder people love to taunt each other in DOTA

Well , actually sometimes it is fun to get bully once in a while , then BULLY HIM BACK later ..

just like how kids who didn’t study in high school used to bully kids who studied . then what happens 4 years time ?

If this is in Damiensotherblog . He would probably say something like “The world is your mirror”

Which also means , how people treat you , is what you think of yourself and how to present yourself- . aahhh..Damien can elaborate on that ?

One of the first things I learned in business is how to deal with trolls, haha. I think whether online or off, its impossible to avoid being told things you don’t wanna hear becoz that’s just human nature – people hate what you like and you hate what people like. So rather than try to avoid the unavoidable which is really energy-zapping, I learn to neutralize it. My mind says go ahead, tell me the worst thing you can think of and by 2 o’clock tomorrow I’d have forgotten about it. I tell myself what’s the point in carrying rubbish on my back. I learn to put it down and move on to things that are more valuable to me.

And after seeing that their criticisms have no effect on me, the trolls will usually move on to other targets that are more valuable to them. (Btw I learned that in high school. )
