Don’t be afraid to introduce new ideas
Most people are afraid to voice out. They prefer to keep things to themselves and these include new ideas which might be able to help other people. For some of them, they just don’t want to go through all the troubles and fuss when proposing an idea or, they have no confidence and are afraid they will be regarded as stupid. But the worst are those people who prefer to stick to their roles and say “ideas should come from the top people”.
Wrong wrong wrong. Ideas can come from anyone in a healthy environment. If you have some ideas which you think have not been implemented and might be able to help improve things, then do voice out. Perhaps you can voice out to your supervisor if you’re afraid to approach the top people. Start small, maybe just introduce it within your team and see how it goes. The important thing here is to share your ideas especially if you have seen them becoming successful in other companies.
For example, whiteboarding or brown bag session, 360 degrees performance review, etc. Useful ideas that you have experienced in your previous jobs can also be introduced in your new company.
Remember that you are in a company to contribute to the business in any ways possible. Furthermore, you will be able to leave something significant and useful for others to learn and spread the next time they switch company.

True if you have an open minded boss. Different if your boss thinks you are employed to do, not to question. Sometimes you start off working for an open minded boss, but then he leaves and is replaced with a dictator boss. Then you’re ideas are toast. Seen that happen before.

I’ve seen that happen before. Another case is, you try to introduce some new ideas and the big boss not happy. Your boss is okay but coz of the big boss, he has to tell you to change back to the WAY the team should work.
In other words, even if your boss is open minded, it makes no sense if he has no power or the big boss is not open-minded enough.
Isn’t that a good enough reason to set up something of your own. But wait, what do we do about those dictator-customers. Aaarrrgghhhhh!!

Well Alvin, the latest infos is about “The Secrets of Venus”. Hope u are able to watch it. i’ve actually written some notes at damiensotherblog, title : i see dead people at the comment section.
So actually, am kind of afraid to say about this matter-saving earth. But i really can’t see people dying anymore, so i decided to spread this message. I used to go Damansara Jaya also but be careful lo, my friend kena robbed there at 6am (don ask me why he played till 6am).

DJ is my area (grew up there since 5) , never happened to me before , last time when my friend this kinda case , we would gather 20-30 people head all the way to kampung kayu ara and question who robbed my friend .That stupid act could had got all of us killed , but apparently the “leader” of the gang is open minded enough to negotiate with us.And he knows every freakin’ robbery and who did what at what day lol.Those were the wannabe gangsters days lah huh

Anyway it’s call venus b’coz of the similarity in size, beauty, landscape n its co-inhabitants that have physical form. One venus have already been exploded. The other one is hot venus (no inhabitants living there) which refer to the one that our scientist had discovered or located between our Earth n planet Mercury n is the second closest planet to the Sun.
Whereas our scientist had not able to discovered the other 2 existing venusus yet that have inhabitants living there. probably located too far far away n our technologies are not advance enough…
Is that all u need to know? I think u know that there are many many countless of planets in the galaxy. These planets have beings whether physical form or no pyisical forms(formless). Eg the Moon have beings with high level of consciousness n do not have physical form. The Sun too have higher level consciousness of invisble beings which we are unable to go there as it’s too hot. The beings at the sun n moon are nice beings. But our scientist n we human is unable to see them as we are too coarse or not up to their level to be able to see them.
Earth itself is also a great being who have make a great sacrifice for us to stay. So we really have to respect Mother Earth ….
P/s – Alvin, i think your comment post doesn’t accept complete website name as i’ve sent many time n it jz disappear. But when i change the website to normal writing, it somehow allow to publish it.
