In UK, there are still some pretty bad customer service. But overall, it’s better than Malaysia. Just don’t go mess with the HongKees.

That’s something I can’t understand too. Hmm maybe there are some special ingredients inside the food which made some people hooked?

Maybe I should start a campaign or a “tribe” (as Seth Godin called it) to boycott all those business owners who take advantage of us. :p

Yea. Boycott is the word. Even in Chilis KLCC, where the service tax is very high (the food is expensive, so of course the service tax will be expensive too), we didn’t get the proper treatment. I really had bad experiences there. Was asked to pay and leave once I finished my meal, just to give space to others outside. Gosh.

Yes, use the power of your wallet to make your point. But I guess we are a stubborn lot. We would rather endure the humiliation of the rude hawker than go without our favorite dish. Its something I can never understand about this region.
